About the Role

We’re looking for a Credit Risk Manager, Pricing Strategy to add to our growing Credit Team! This role reports to our Senior Director of Risk and is responsible for owning and developing the pricing strategies for our mortgage and consumer lending products.. This role will partner cross functionally with Capital Markets, Marketing and Analytics to provide long term strategic direction for the business. Join us!

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement and handle pricing strategies
• Leverage strong executional skills to manage design and implementation of pricing tests
• Craft automated dashboards to track KPIs around funnel conversion and strategy/portfolio performance; summarize and present findings to senior management
• Investigate and implement new levers, such as customer lifetime value, for pricing decision-making
• Own the end-to-end pricing analysis to help Figure build new products and expand into new markets
• Utilize strong critical thinking and communication skills to provide strategic direction for long-term pricing vision and strategy development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies
• Continually assess pricing health of the business through financial metrics and customer value/price perception and price elasticity
• Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, Capital Markets and Analytics to ensure alignment on price strategy and execution of these strategies

What We Look For

• Bachelor/Master’s degree with a quantitative background (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics)
• 5+ years of work experience with an emphasis in the area of pricing strategy, capabilities and tools
• Demonstrable experience of delivering high impact pricing strategies, programs, execution and analysis in a transformational environment
• Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
• Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation
• Strong intuition and judgement into material aspects of the business and forecasts
• Strong verbal communication, written documentation, and presentation skills
• Strong technical skills such as SQL, R/Python, and ability to independently access and analyze relational data sets
• Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
