For the past 3 years we have been developing our own blockchain (called “Lachain”) and we are now building the DeFi ecosystem based on it (including DEX, dApp, IDO, NFT etc) and launched our mainnet.

Role: Analyst
Unit: Analytics and OKRs
Role Mission: Timely, transparent, actionable, insightful reports.

Story:Product owners need timely, transparent, actionable, insightful reports to make fast and razor-sharp data-driven decisions.

Key PROBLEM's:

• Trading/Listing/Payments data is consolidated to DWH and updated on a daily basis by EoQ1 2022.
• OKRs automated >95% by EoQ1 2022.

How:

• Develop user-friendly & self-explanatory reports and dashboards, and fully automate them so that zero manual adjustments are needed.
• Ensure users are trained on how to use the reports for decision-making.

Constraints:

• All information in the company is consolidated into a single DWH.
• All reports have tutorials.

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Units with funnel dashboard

• Coda’s OKRs at Platform

• Automated OKRs

Responsibilities:

• Analytics:Universal funnel analytics in Power BI for Listings, Payments, Trading, HR, Growth.

• DBAAS: Make databases well structured, unified, fast and easy to access while safeguarding security access levels for analysts, OKRs, debugging.

• Risks Control: Timely identify and report potential risks.

• Scrum: Participate in company´s standups and meetings.

• Buddy: Welcome a newcomer in the Unit and make sure he starts performing quicker and effectively from the very first day

Requirement skills and experience:

2+ years in analytics in a high-paced tech company.

Experience in at least 2 of 3: operations, financial, and marketing/product analytics.

Experience in working at trading, payments, investments/audit, or blockchain company.

Proficiency in MySQL and Python to have analytics at fingertips.

Data Science, cohort, cluster, channel, funnel analytics is a plus.

Do not tolerate lack of logic or mess, demand highest standards for clear and MECE defined roles and OKRs.

Well-articulated and can discipline teammates to articulate their roles and OKRs.

Finalist of a regional olympiad or MIPT, MIEF, VMK, NES graduate - strong advantage.

Fluent English.
