We are Mythical Games. A Venture-backed next-generation game technology company at the
intersection of video games, NFTs, and blockchain led by industry veterans. Our goal is to lead
the industry with the launch of exceptional video game experiences that leverage distributed
ledger technology, while also providing a platform of robust tools that will allow any other game
developers to do the same.

The Director of WEB3 Community & Collaborations will have the opportunity to build on
established WEB3 social engagements and bring them to the next level in this exciting new
field.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Act as a Web3 knowledge base for marketing and cross functional teams
● Help guide insights behind web3 placements and collaborations
● Develop an approach for moderation working with community leaders, in-game and
out-of-game
● Implement best practices and develop new ways to engage the NFT, web3 & creator
community and help support content creators across various platforms
● Establish best practices and procedures for Discord and Telegram communities to
prevent fraud, hacking
● Work with our events team to create IRL events that combine both the web3 & game
communities
● Help train and ramp up internal web3 & NFT knowledge
● Train existing community team members and build a team to help support web 3 and
gaming efforts
● Establish a library of materials via blogs, videos and other platforms that introduce
gamers to the world of WEB 3

Requirements

● 5+ years Experience overseeing the social presence of a major brand, IP, or personality.
Video game brands and web 3 are a plus.
● Advanced Technical knowledge of Discord and Telegram
● A nuanced understanding of the web3 social media landscape and of audience
behaviors
● Hands-on experience creating web3 partnerships & collaborations
● Proficiency in project management and content calendar tools, such as, Asana,
Confluence, Jira
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
● A passion for community building, gaming, Blockchain, and NFTs
