You Are The Creator:
- Create a product vision and strategy that will deliver on that vision
- Create, manage, and prioritize the team’s backlog
- Use data to make decisions; testing hypotheses with data is an essential part of the process; you will be measured on KPI improvements quarter over quarter
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Work as part of a cross-functional Product team with Product Designers, Product Marketers and Business Analysts to form the product roadmap
- Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond
- Cultivate a team that recognizes the value of agile development and foster a culture of continuous delivery, quality orientation, and innovation
What Makes You Stand Out:
- At least 1 year of Product Management experience
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Exemplary understanding of the development cycle
- Practical experience with JIRA
- Strong interest in the crypto and finance fields
- Superior relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent command in English
