Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Product Designer to help build the future of web3 integration, creation, and optimization. You’ll manage the product design process by studying customer needs and creating a solution to deliver an appropriate and exciting experience for our suite of products. We’re looking for someone who is not just about design, but rather, excited about leading the entire process of creating user-friendly products from end to end.
The Impact From You
As Lead Product Designer at nameless, you will be at the forefront of NFT innovation and mass adoption. You’ll be collaborating across the organization and helping to solve problems known by some, others are known by none, and constantly delivering value to our customers. From UX/UI design to in-depth research around our customers and what currently serves the market, the Lead Product Designer for nameless will have an integral part in shaping the future of web3 adoption.
What You Bring
● The ability to passionately execute new ideas with autonomy
● An understanding of the tradeoffs between shipping quickly and perfection
● You can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
● Expert in UI/UX but also have great visual design skills and a portfolio that reflects the work
● Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
● Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
● Proficiency in Figma and other design systems
What You'll Do
● Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
● Create a sleek and intuitive user experience that flows from wireframe to implementation
● Design refined mocks, creative concepts, and prototypes
● Provide a user-centric voice in design and product discussions
● Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
● Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to uphold the aesthetic and technical
excellence of the nameless brand
● Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
● Contribute to product growth through experimentation and optimization of existing user journeys
