About the Team

Our IT support team is responsible for supporting the global Okcoin team’s daily IT operation, working with the Compliance and Legal team for any IT related requirements from regulation compliance and license application.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will help Okcoin build world class secured IT environment to protect Okcoin’s and our customers’ information and data. You must have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done, like to take the ownership of IT support operation tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The main responsibility of the role is to install, manage, maintain, monitor the IT infrastructure for all Okcoin entities and sites.
• Provisioning software and hardware for new hire
• Work with HR for the offboarding process including deprovisioning terminated user access
• Troubleshoot systems/software/hardware issues including MacOS, PC/Windows, Google Suite, OKTA, JAMF, Zoom, KnowBe4, DUO, Coda
• Provide IT support related to compliance audit and license application

What We Look For In You:

• 1-3 years corporate IT Desktop Support/System Administration
• Familiar with MacOS, Windows, common applications such as Google G Suite, OKTA, JAMF, AWS etc
• Good communication skills, team oriented

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with teams across offices/globally and time zones.
• Experience deploying IT security solutions from scratches
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
