Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help draft and edit the contract templates, including but not limited to standardized forms of various kinds of agreements Draft various legal documents, summaries, and enclosures at attorneys’ requests Assist in placing all legal documents on file Organize legal memoranda and clients/vendors correspondence Research documents for the latest legislative/regulatory developments Prepare proposals in correspondence to regulatory changes
About you:
Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field Passionate about technology, blockchain, trading, or finance Detailed-oriented, highly proactive at work Fluent communication in both Chinese and English Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint At least 2 onsite working days per week (half-day per shift is also acceptable) Internship duration at least 6 months
