As an Operations Analyst in our team
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the AQX operations team. The ideal candidate must possess a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, entry-level knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for covering duty shifts when operationally required as well as the preparation and development of Standard Operating Procedures, assisting in the development of training materials, event and trading competition materials, assisting in the development of FAQs and standard language responses, handling administrative matters and reporting.ย
Responsibilities
- Handling account registration, bonus and promotion, identity verification, and user interface related enquiries
- Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Training Materialsย
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of FAQs and Standard Language Responses
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Dashboards
- Assisting in event and trading competition operationsย
- Provides recommendations on operational requirementsย
- Administrative record keeping and reporting
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management
What we want you to have
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack
- Experience with Basic business modelingย
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Community management or event experience
- Experience working at a high growth startup/tech company
- Experience in a front-facing customer service environment
