Content Marketing at Protocol Labs
Though much of our focus centers around low-level internet protocol software, decentralized storage, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency, we also know that marketing to our target audience is key to our success. Content Marketing works in a highly cross-functional manner, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Business Development, Support, and the broader community. This role is being sourced for the Ecosystem Team and will report to the Head of Product Marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to working very closely with internal and external marketing resources to develop world-class assets.

Deeply understand the strategies needed to effectively communicate with different user segments, who are often technical but also play roles on the business side of things

Create compelling content for our products that showcase their current features, performance, and vast potential

Understand our existing and prospective storage providers and data owners, be informed about the competitive landscape, comprehend our product roadmap and strategy so that the content you create will be meaningful to the ecosystem

Develop a comprehensive program that creates case studies, use cases, customer stories, storage provider spotlights, competitive charts, battle cards, press releases, podcasts, demos, blogs and other assets to promote on social channels, websites, and other digital media to inform the storage marketplace, potential SPs, data owners, and industry luminaries as well as be used to educate and enable storage providers and internal sales teams.
