Sygnum clients team helps corporate, institutional and individual clients navigate the
breadth of our offerings across Custody, Brokerage, Credit & Lending, Corporate Finance, Token Products, Asset Management and B2B. Potential clients include UHNWI, asset managers, financial institutions, foundations, public and private pension funds, government, hedge funds etc.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our small but high impact team in our office in Zurich.

Tasks

• Ensure smooth client and street side settlement of fiat (ETPs, structured products, and options), and crypto trades
• Submit the regulatory reporting in a timely manner (FinFrag, SIX Trade Reporting)
• Reconcile daily balances and positions, and periodic client staking rewards
• Opening and maintaining financial products in the core banking
  system
• Support ongoing projects on Tokenization platform, and troubleshoot issues
• Perform technical client account openings and client file updates
• Investigate and problem solve client queries
• Ensure smooth client and street-side settlement of fiat (ETPs, structured products, and options), and crypto tradesntenance, payments,
  security transaction, etc.)
• Support the implementation and operational handling of new products and services
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and risk management of our Financial Services Operations
• Receive valuable cross functional training to support you that you may excel in your role

Requirements

• Experience in the field of Financial Services Operations, especially in the areas of client onboarding, payments and securities/ trading,investigations
• Experience working with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners
• Curiosity and passion to help us define and operate Financial Services Operations in the evolving field of digital assets
• Language skills: English
• Previous experience with Financial Services Operations in a Finnova/ Finnova-like environment is a plus
