About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Principal/Director of Product to join our Chain Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, as well as a deep understanding of On-chain Analytics and Compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and design the onchain data analytic product and the onchain AML solutions, including roadmap ,MRD, PRD, prototype design, and support for rapid iteration of the product.
- Design highly applicable analysis tools through practical case scenarios, assist in investigation and tracking, and determine relationship networks.
- Integrate the team's abilities in security, auditing, anti-money laundering monitoring, and detection, package them into industry solutions, and promote marketization and industry standardization.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating during the project's progress, working with UI, R&D, testing, operations, and other teams to coordinate resources throughout the product's life cycle management, and continuously improving and enhancing the product's quality.
- Lead the team to execute efficiently and achieve market growth
What We Look For In You
- Rich knowledge of on-chain analytics & compliance in the web3 space.
- Love getting deep into product, experimenting, building, and providing product suggestions
- Deep empathy for customer experience with successful track record in building great design & product use case
- Rich experience in crypto crime case investigation, address labeling for on-chain analytics
Nice to Haves
- Experience working on products like Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, etc. will be a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a good to have, since we are in midst of going international.
