Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of features and enhancements for the product.
- Ensure technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs.
- Technical leadership
- Guide the team in best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Team Management and Development
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct performance reviews and support individual growth plans.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and other teams.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Requirements
- Experience in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints and backlogs.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams to achieve goals.
- Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
