Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced User Acquisition Specialist with a deep understanding of the crypto and Web3 space, particularly within the gaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating on and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our gaming clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement innovative growth initiatives to maximize user acquisition and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies for crypto and Web3 gaming clients, aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search, display, and affiliate networks.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for user acquisition in the crypto and Web3 gaming space.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure seamless integration of user acquisition strategies and align marketing efforts with product features and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the crypto and Web3 gaming landscape, identifying growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new acquisition channels, creatives, and messaging to drive innovation and maximize results.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and growth in the crypto and Web3 gaming industry, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with user acquisition metrics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Passion for gaming, emerging technologies, and the potential of blockchain in revolutionizing the industry.
