gm! The 1-800-Flowers NFT team is looking for an organized manager and effective storyteller to join as the NFT community lead. We assume you have experience with community building, including strategy, team management, and execution. You will be tasked with leading the community team from the ground up, starting with the high level strategy and diving into coordination amongst managers. Success will be measured by the sentiment and engagement level within the 1-800-Flowers Discord community.

Responsibilities

• Lead community strategy, specific as it relates to building the community from 0 to drop
• Create an inviting and active discord channel
• Create frameworks to manage community conversation, feedback, and requests
• Host daily stand up calls with your community experience team
• Lead a team of 2-3 community managers to keep the community engaged
• Host AMAs and Twitter Spaces
• Establish community guidelines
• Develop 1-800-Flower’s tone and messaging as it applies to web3
• Create fun community engagement programs, such as giveaways or virtual event
• Understand how to use memes to engage the community
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of community campaigns through data analysis and user feedback
