The Role:

Autograph is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to continue developing our forecast, budget and P&L processes. This position will work closely with all functions within the company to provide forward looking analyses to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Affairs, Product, Creative and Marketing teams to prepare P&Ls for fiat and crypto based NFT drops
• Update/manage P&Ls post drop to estimate talent share royalties and company profitability
• Manage detailed forecast models and build detailed cash flow forecast by drop
• Track and analyze creative and marketing costs
• Partner with Controllership team to track actuals for revenue and expenses for monthly financial statements and quarterly participations reporting
• Work with Strategy team to prepare quarterly Board of Directors meeting materials
• Collaborate within organization to implement systems enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or similar field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Exceptional organization skills & ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for thinking outside the box to tackle complex problems
• Demonstrated strength leveraging data and qualitative insights to drive decision making

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entertainment and Technology industry experience
• Experience at a high-growth start-up
• Knowledge of NFT space
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Tableau or Power BI experience
