DeFi Strategy Lead – Global (Remote) – Perm or B2B/C2C

Plexus are working with a start-up in the on-chain data and identity space. Connecting web2 user data activity to web3, they leverage cryptographic and zero-knowledge systems, developing modular solutions.They are looking for a DeFi Strategy Lead to join their growing team, with direct report to their

CEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within the DeFi space or surrounding areas in a Product, Strategy or Partnerships role. Someone who knows the DeFi environment in depth, keeps up with the recent and historic movements in the space, as well as potentially having connections within pre-existing established DeFi companies
• Experience/Knowledge managing relationships and partnerships within the DeFi space
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• BA, MBA or Equivalent in either Finance, Business, Tech or a related field

Bonus Attributes

• In-depth knowledge of on-chain analysis tools
• Foundational understanding (nontechnical) of cryptographic techniques, zero-knowledge proofs and systems, TEEs or MPC.
• Prior experience in a Web3 or Web2 SaaS space
