About Us

Paraspace is looking for a Head of Product Development to join our team. You will be leading and directing the development and deployment of several deFi products while working alongside our CEO/Founder and across all departments in the Company. This is a leadership position and an exciting opportunity to join a hyper growth start up in the DeFi/blockchain space.
We're looking for:
- At least 7+ years experience driving the short-term and long-term product strategy and roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the timely execution and delivery of products
- Previous leadership and mentorship managing a team of product managers, product designers and/or product analysts.
- Oversee and help the product, engineering, and design teams build and manage product backlogs for their priority initiatives
- Define product requirements for DeFi financial products by gathering user needs and feedback. He/ She will work closely with engineering team to drive development to launch
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure our ParaSpace's vision, products and progress are well understood
- Develop product and management processes and documentation to educate users, the community, and stakeholders on product changes and features
- Direct experience of Solidity and one other programming language (Java, Go, Python…)
- Working knowledge of the mechanics of ERC721, ERC-20 and ERC-1155 token standards
- Has participated in the writing of a whitepaper for crypto projects
- Familiarity with blockchain bridges, defi protocols or block explorers
- Open minded to new ideas and an effective leader, able to motivate a team and influence external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a significantly deep understanding of DeFi, crypto communities, and traditional finance products; passion in the blockchain/ crypto space
