Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for all retail and corporate users on the platform in consultation with Customer Support and Compliance
  • Review, resolve and/ or escalate alerts or other adverse news screening
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of work, information and documentation obtained within company systems of record. Identify deficiencies and correct them
  • Properly disposition, document and record the results of CDD and alert screening
  • Escalate to Compliance for high risk customers or situations where judgement indicates unusual or abnormal documentation, responses from customers or positive matches obtained from screening alerts
  • Complete EDD reviews in a timely and efficient manner
  • Suggest process enhancements and/ or research tools to increase efficiency and/ or accuracy
  • Adequately manage daily volumes to company standards to avoid backlogs and customer delays
  • Conduct ad hoc projects when required
  • Conduct ongoing CDD training for customer support agents professionals and supervisors

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above with major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Relevant qualification in CAMS, AAMLP Core Level will be an advantage
  • Experience in CDD /AML /KYC is highly preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
