We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful and hyper-detailed FP&A Analyst who will drive the creation of strong and process-oriented FP&A to help Figment make well-informed business decisions. The position offers ownership over monthly and quarterly financial analysis as well as building a flexible FP&A framework that can scale with a growing and evolving organization. The FP&A Analyst will also get to learn about many different Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchains and come up with innovative metrics to measure a PoS infrastructure company.

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Analyst will also work with the sales and staking operations teams to deliver flexible financial models for different networks and customer deals. The ideal candidate is a problem solver that is excited to find innovative ways to get the data needed, partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial metrics and implement consistent FP&A cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly revenue projections across our different product lines
• Work with team leads to develop robust and actionable metrics that measure the health of the business
• Create processes to efficiently pull the data needed for revenue, tokens staked by customer and assets under stake analyses
• Build a dynamic financial model to forecast revenue from our staking customer pipeline
• Create real-time dashboards so leadership can have instant insights on revenue and expenses
• Conduct profitability analyses for the different blockchains Figment offers staking for
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and accounting support for month-end close (i.e. month over month token revenue analysis)

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Remote work from home, requires reliable internet connection and acceptable work from home setting
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required to turn complex data into actionable financial insights
• Financial modeling skills and previous experience building financial dashboards (i.e. Tableau)
• Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills, solid attention to detail and big picture thinker
• Experience working in high-growth fast-paced environments with strong processes mindset and superior documentation skills
