We are currently looking for an experienced Game Producer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on project planning and management.

Role Overview:

As a Game Producer, your primary role will be to facilitate and manage the successful delivery of game projects from concept to launch. We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for meticulous organization, exceptional resource and schedule management, and proficiency in using project management tools to track and report progress in real-time. Simply put, the candidate we are seeking is reliable and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and tracking project goals, timelines, resources, and budget with extreme attention to detail.
2. Utilizing project management software to document, track, and report progress in real-time.
3. Acting as a primary point of communication, providing frequent status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with game designers, engineers, artists, and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
5. Identifying, communicating, and managing project risks and issues.
6. Leading agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Game Design, Business, Project Management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the gaming industry.
3. Strong experience with project management tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
4. Deep understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
7. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage challenges.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in project scope and direction.
9. Ability to provide clear and concise status updates in real-time.
10. Passion for gaming and familiarity with various genres and trends.
