About the Company
Adhara is an exciting new technology company focused on building liquidity management, Fx and international payments solutions for commercial banks, corporates and central banks. Adhara’s primary audience includes financial institutions and corporate treasuries, offering them compatible and compliant banking grade solutions based on enterprise blockchain technology and smart contracts. We have built a talented team of developers and product experts and are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a platform team.
Job Role
This role will be a part of the Engineering team, and will work closely with the other platform engineering teams as well as the various development teams. This role requires a close working alignment with the commercial team to ensure a quality delivery experience for our clients. There are approximately 9 direct reports into this role
Responsibilities
- Project manage the Platform Engineering team, leading and organizing the delivery
- Lead partner interactions and clarify stakeholder requirements
- Plan work in collaboration with the Engineering team to ensure the best outcomes in a timely fashion
- Provide technical leadership to help define tasks and outcomes
Essential Skills
- Proven project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Technical background in Software Engineering/DevOps
- Fluent English
- Willingness to learn
Candidates with the following skills will be preferred
- AWS experience
- Terraform
- Kubernetes
- Git
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management (DevOps) or relevant fields
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
