Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive retail user acquisition through roadshows and offline events. This is a rare opportunity for sales professionals from insurance companies, telcos, banks, or brokerage firms with experience in roadshow-based user acquisition to enter the crypto industry. You will lead outreach initiatives, educate potential users, and drive engagement through in-person events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and host roadshows and offline events to acquire retail crypto trading users.
  • Engage and educate potential users on crypto trading opportunities and platform offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize user conversion and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize roadshow performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and user acquisition through roadshows or offline events.
  • Background in insurance, telcos, banking, brokerage firms, or similar industries.
  • Crypto experience is a must—this can be personal trading experience or deep industry knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for crypto.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
