Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare weekly payment listing and consolidate all payment for cashflow reporting.
  2. Checking all approved staff claims to ensure sufficient supporting documents.
  3. Processing of invoices, payments, and expense report in an accurate and timely manner.
  4. Registering supplier invoice data into accounting system and make sure COA is correctly applied.
  5. Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
  6. Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports, help with month-end and year-end closing activities, which including journal posting and reconciliation.
  7. Communicate well within the team and make sure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met. Work closely with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.
  8. Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

  1. Possess a Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
  2. Min 6 years of working experience in Finance.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience in using Oracle is an added advantage.
  4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Excellent organization, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills.
  7. A good team player.
