Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with a passion for the Web3 ecosystem. As an EIR, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and developing early-stage business concepts with the potential to redefine industries. Your ultimate goal will be to lead one of the incubated ventures to success, utilizing your expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business concepts within the Web3 and crypto domains.
- Work closely with founders and the incubator team to refine and validate business models.
- Identify market opportunities, potential challenges, and strategic advantages for early-stage projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to startup teams, leveraging your experience and insights in the Web3 space.
- Collaborate with the incubator's network of mentors, investors, and industry experts to foster growth and innovation.
- Prepare and lead one of the incubated ventures as Founder & CEO, driving it from concept to market launch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of the current landscape and trends.
- Prior experience in a startup environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business models, conduct market research, and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovative thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking on a high level of responsibility.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Willingness to commit to the role for the duration of 6-9 months, with the potential to transition into leading an incubated venture.
