Omni is looking for a junior associate to join our growing business development and marketing team!

What we’re looking for…
We’re seeking a Web3 business development and marketing associate to support our growth. Previous experience leading business development and/or marketing on other DeFi projects is critical.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the core team to inform, assess, and structure expansion of Web 3 business strategy and partnerships
• Operate as the link between users, partners, and product development
• Coordinate with our engineering team to leverage and enhance infrastructure
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop media and PR activities centered around growth
• Develop internal CRM system to maintain outreach records and updated contact information for leads
• Help create engaging written content such as community announcements (product launches, new integrations, milestones), blog posts, guides, and social media posts
• Participate in networking events to connect with prospective integrations and partners

• Deep knowledge and passion for the Web 3 industry
• Previous experience leading business development and/or marketing on other DeFi projects
