Key Responsibilities
1. Smart Contract Development

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity.
• Ensure smart contracts are secure, efficient, and scalable.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts.

2. Cross-Chain Integrations

• Develop and integrate smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks.
• Ensure seamless interactions and data consistency across chains.
• Implement mechanisms for cross-chain asset transfers and communication.

3. Front-End Integration

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate smart contracts with user interfaces.
• Ensure efficient interaction between front-end applications and blockchain.
• Implement features for a seamless user experience, such as RPC switching and asset detection.

4. Collaboration with Protocols

• Work with other blockchain protocols and platforms to enhance functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Incorporate best practices and new technologies.

5. Security and Compliance

• Conduct and reiterate code edits using security audits of smart contracts.
• Address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement best practices for blockchain security.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Document smart contract design and implementation details.
• Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Solidity development and blockchain technology.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills

• Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Experience with cross-chain integrations and multiple blockchain networks.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency with development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix.
• Familiarity with front-end development and web3.js or ethers.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with yield-bearing vaults and staking mechanisms.
• Knowledge of price oracle integration and currency conversion mechanisms.
• Familiarity with security practices and auditing tools.
• Experience working with multisig wallets and MPC vaults.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $100k - $120k per annum (Based on Experience)
• Equity and tokens compensation included
