RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform deep market research and analysis providing insights for backend development
- Provide strong analytics for support in creating dashboards, charts
- Support tokenomics modeling, and interest rate forecasting models
- Provide inputs to protocol strategy in modeling black swan events etc.
- Develop simulation models which can be presented to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Math, computer science or other degree with emphasis on strong mathematical skills
- Experience in quantitative analytics/research in traditional finance or crypto
- Advanced knowledge of DeFi, and web3 ecosystem
- Python coding experience at scripting level, using Pandas etc.
- Ability to understand complex topics fast and independently
- Excellent written communication skills, ability to explain complex topics in a clear way to various audiences
NICE TO HAVE
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability theory
- Ability to model and chart complex multivariate distributions
- Analyze and provide inputs for improving ROI
