The Role We're looking for a product manager to support our team in developing multiple products from concept phase to post-launch support. You’ll have a pivotal role in our platform’s development (with room to pick your focus, e.g. consumer marketplace, artist / musician creation tool, mobile apps / frames, etc.) and make an impact!

Responsibilities *Gather project requirements, goals, and scope estimates to define and track project tasks, resources, and progress across small teams. *Understand requirements and interdependencies and make recommendations based on sometimes competing priorities. *Proactively identify potential risks and take action to troubleshoot, prevent, and resolve. *Communicate, coordinate, and track deliverables with internal teams, business partners, and contractors. *Regularly iterate on new ideas, tasks, and processes to continuously improve production, design, and communication techniques. *Collaborate with engineers, designers, and key stakeholders to influence product direction and create compelling products for NFT creators and collectors.

Qualifications *2+ years production experience in a creative or e-commerce related industry, ideally with a launched product. *A keen interest in developing engaging tools for creatives. *Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Willingness to mediate and resolve interpersonal and cross-team conflicts. *Deep love of, and appreciation for, collaborative team environments. *Solid knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Basecamp and spreadsheet software such as Google Spreadsheets. *General knowledge in software development disciplines including, but not restricted to software engineering, art, and user research.
