Your Role at Glue
As our designer, you’ll be a key player in our brand’s visual storytelling, working across social media, web, and more to capture attention and elevate engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content: Design engaging, on-brand visuals for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit to spark conversation and grow our community.
- Website Design: Collaborate with our design team in Figma to create seamless, user-friendly web experiences that embody Glue’s mission.
- Visual Assets: Develop graphics, infographics, and other visual materials to support our marketing and communications across multiple channels.
- Animation (Bonus): Add movement to our story by creating simple, effective animations that bring our brand to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in graphic design, and in using tools such as figma and photoshop, with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality designs.
- Speed and Precision: Ability to rapidly produce visually compelling designs that stay true to our brand identity and objectives.
- A Web3 native: Understanding of crypto culture, projects, and ecosystems
- A pulse on current trends, culture, and ability to work with our social media manager to provide creative ideas, social media posts, and viral memes
