About the team:
We are a global team that's driving the GTM of our product. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead, plan, manage, execute, and monitor our business wide Go-to-Market (GTM) strategic projects, including the Wallet, DEX, NFT,etc, which need to cooperate with several teams to maximize our efficiency. As the GTM Manager, you will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy and will be responsible for working at strategic level to help grow our product users quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive product event operations, coordinating the Group's resources across diverse functional sectors such as Technology Development, Products, and different markets to fulfil the overall project and quantitative targets at all stages
- Collaborate with management to identify, define, launch, and drive essential strategic and operational projects. Advise and support various functional groups and cross-functional initiatives with strategy and operations
- Continue to discover user demands in order to increase Web3 user activity and loyalty
- Collaborate across functions to measure KPIs and assess the impact of campaigns and projects using reporting, analytics, audits, or scorecards
- Strong ability and desire to synthesise and comprehend difficult technical information concerning blockchain-related sectors
Key requirements:
- A proven track record of minimum 2 years working in Blockchain, Web3, or NFTs sectors
- Strong knowledge and passion in Blockchain, particularly DeFi, GameFi, and NFT. Possess a thorough understanding and expertise with Web3 technologies such as Quest and Crew3
- Excellent at organising and managing internal and external resource allocation challenges, coordinating project schedules, and enhancing overall efficiency
- Exceptional planning, data and user analysis skills with strong creativity, trend sensitivity and campaign execution skills
- A proactive worker who seeks to innovate on a consistent basis, strong in execution and takes accountability
Nice to Haves:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Flexibility on working time, especially cross time zone
- Base at San Jose's office

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $225,000.
The salaryoffered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
