Principal Responsibilities

1. Provide the plan and design of risk monitoring and solutions of crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, insurance fund, etc.
2. Optimize the risk control rules, improve the efficiency of the risk control system, reduce the probability and losses of abnormal events, and increase the amount and growth rate of the insurance fund;
3. Monitor the risks and collect feedback of the risk control system plan after it is launched, optimize the risk control system based on an effective iterative mechanism;
4. Monitor real-time market data and risk indicators, identify abnormalities and potential risks in time. Take appropriate actions to manage risk and promote the risk control plan to launch.
5. Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.
6. Instruct junior product managers to form a methodology of risk control products.

Qualifications:

1. Have a strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry;
2. 1-3 years of product manager experience and a bachelor's degree is required. Graduating from a well-known university or having product manager experience in a well-known Internet or blockchain company is preferred;
3. Possess solid product design and project management knowledge, especially good at discovering user demands through data analysis;
4. Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork awareness and communication skills, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments;
5. Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to users and the team;
6. Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options is preferred;
