About the Opportunity:
As a Product Manager specializing in Trading Journal functionality, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our trading journal solution. Your primary focus will be on delivering a comprehensive and intuitive trading journal product that enables our users to track and analyze their trading activities, improve their decision-making processes, and optimize their trading strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data analysts, to deliver a best-in-class product.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Talk with clients directly to identify the user's painpoints and propose product sulotions to solve user painpoints
- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for the Trading Journal product, aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the trading journal, incorporating features such as trade entry, performance analysis, risk management, and reporting.
- Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization, to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on the product, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
- Work with Product Marketing team to define the GTM strategy and increase product awareness and conduct post-launch performance evaluation with data analysts
- Work closely with customer support teams to address user inquiries, issues, and feedback related to the trading journal product.
- Ensure the privacy and security of user data within the trading journal product, adhering to applicable data protection regulations and best practices.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience track record as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on trading-related products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management principles.
- Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Experience with trade tracking, performance analysis, or portfolio management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
