What you’ll do:

• Advise senior management on how we can adhere to regulatory requirements while continuing to build and deliver value to our customers
• Provide legal and commercial transaction support for the business by drafting, amending and negotiating commercial contracts and partnership agreements
• Assist with ongoing regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, including working with and managing external counsel and communication with regulators
• Work closely with compliance team to ensure smooth operations within compliance
• Deal with intellectual property matters, including working with external legal counsel on protecting and maintaining intellectual property assets
• Assist with fundraising from VCs and M&A / IPO efforts
• Manage shareholder, investor, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Keeping up to date with new laws and regulations and advising internal stakeholders in respect of such laws and regulations
• Proactively identify ways to manage risks and enhance best practices

What you’ll need:

• Qualified to practise law in a leading common-law jurisdiction preferred
• Legal experience in crypto and/or fintech
• Your communication skills are first class with a consultative approach to support the business
• You have a natural desire to learn and grow constantly and evolve within your role, expert knowledge and expertise of our ecosystem
