Nibiru Chain is looking for a Ecosystem Lead, who will be instrumental in accelerating developer adoption, identifying and facilitating ecosystem partnerships, and driving the community's expansion. They will work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to shape product features and strategy.

This involves strategizing the ecosystem and establishing essential partnerships. The Ecosystem Lead will not only manage community projects but also oversee the grants program, hackathons, launchpad, accelerator, and ecosystem fund.

The ideal candidate will be social, energetic, motivated, and curious, possessing a keen eye for detail and an innate ability to tackle abstract challenges. They should have strong self-awareness, uphold integrity, and communicate clearly and directly. Occasionally, they'll need to dive into unfamiliar tasks proactively, whether it's cold messaging, navigating new challenges, or addressing technical queries beyond their initial grasp.

• Serve as the initial contact point for teams exploring the Nibiru Chain ecosystem.
• Identify potential synergies between Nibiru Chain's infrastructure (including core applications) and prospective DApps that could uniquely benefit from our technology.
• Facilitate the growth and development of DApps that could become cornerstone applications within our ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with native DApp developers and builders to foster partnerships and enhance feature sets for improved ecosystem collaboration.
• Leverage existing networks and the Nibiru Chain brand to attract top-tier builders, while leading deployments for established blue-chip DApps from other chains.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the blockchain market, competition, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
• Act as an advocate for users & protocols, regularly engaging with these groups and other stakeholders to gain insights and feedback on the product.
