The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects (scoping, deliverables, milestones, steering)
• Provide coordination and admin support to the Project Managers for their respective projects
• Provide direct, hands-on support for selected action items within projects
• Agenda management, coordination (in later stages moderation) of meetings and project communication, tracking of timelines and deliverables
• Build up relationships and a network with the different stakeholders within Crypto Finance AG

• 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting
• Min. bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
• Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritize efforts and efficiently drive to clear recommendations
• Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Crypto experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Full working proficiency in English, German is a plus
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
