When working as a Lawyer at Change you have the rare opportunity to be a part of a growing Risk and Compliance Team in an Estonian FinTech, and to counsel the management and Product Team when developing innovative financial products for European and Asian markets. 

One of our principles is “Customers first”, which is why we are looking for an ambitious and a solution-oriented (Junior) Lawyer, who is enthusiastic to identify the legal solutions to support the expansion of our product offering and growth. Inherent to a growing start-up, you as a Lawyer have the great benefit of working closely with the business and product team, and taking responsibility for and grasping various legal areas in the financial sector, e.g. payment and investments services, as well as contract and company law and GDPR.
