CRYT is a new crypto exchange platform, founded by market leaders of the traditional finance industry to address the existing frustrations in the crypto industry regarding simplicity and transparency. We believe crypto is the natural evolution in the future of transfer of value for the world's economy. However, the adoption will not happen if crypto trading remains a complex and opaque domain, available and understood only by fintech-savvy individuals.

Our mission is to bring simplicity and transparency to the crypto ecosystem, contributing its adoption by facilitating the onboarding and education of the average Joe.

We are looking for like-minded staff to join our team in London.


The Head of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in the early stage growth period, designing, executing and delivering an effective hiring strategy to identify and attract high quality talent. The Head of TA will partner with the business leaders to identify the role/candidate requirements and be the key point of contact for advising and determining an efficient screening and assessment process to maximise success rates. The Head of TA needs to be a Crypto market expert and be able to advise business leaders on who they need to hire for the set role and why!


What you will do:

- Aggressive sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

- Crypto market analysis to map out talent with a clear sourcing strategy in place

- Stakeholder management and advising

- Process and policy implementation

- Competency model designing for effective candidate assessment

- Providing salary benchmarking data

- Build and manage a TA team (in the near future)

- ATS Implementation (in the near future)

- Provide hiring analysis to track progression and decision making

- Identify the correct platforms and channels for vacancy promotions

- Partnering with stakeholders on workforce planning

- Hands on recruitment (at the start) across UK, Amsterdam and Southeast Asia


What you will need:

- Crypto experience is essential

- Experience in a start-up environment

- Successful track record of growth hiring projects
