Binance is looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of the crypto custody industry to spearhead our growth in this space. This role will leverage relationship development, existing networks, and understanding of the institutional crypto custody space in order to introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients from a global market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional clients (Web3 partners, Defi, Layer 1, HNWIs, private banks, HFs, VCs, etc.) globally for Binance custody 
• Identifying prospective clients and proposing the relevant service lines according to their perceived operations
• Nurture existing deals with VIP and institutional teams
• Engage with project teams and crypto native institutions to generate leads and new business opportunities for Binance custody
• Originate new institutional clients and manage the entire business partner’s lifecycle from prospecting, to deal negotiation, closing, including renewals and upsales
• Understand the challenges of partners and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain the partnership
• Provide thought leadership for Binance, with a customer-focused, regulatory-awareness attitude

Requirements

• Working experience in crypto custody industry
• Experience in custody, banking, or Prime Brokerage and Settlement Services.
• Skilled in prospecting techniques
• Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
• Self-driven, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
