Web3 Assistant Manager/ Manager, Administration (Business Travel & Employee Services Support)

Job responsibilities:

  • Mainly focus on the travel management, monitor travel vendors to deliver smooth service to employees, and cater the business travel request with high satisfaction level, also responsible for local hotel rate negotiation.
  • Review internal policy and procedure, analyze travel data, and produce travel financial report.
  • Work with PD on developing and find-tune the internal travel system platform from operation perspective.
  • Help business unit to organize the travel logistic plan for external or internal events, to provide the up to standard services to the guests.
  • Able to work closely with global different offices to deliver cross region travel service and event support.
  • Help to organize company events and functions such as annual dinner, Christmas parties, guest visits, department team building, etc.
  • Assist the Administration Manager in preparing the department budget, formulate, review and maintain relevant policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years office administrative experience (business travel management exp. is a must), preferably with Chinese firm working exp.
  • Proactive with a can do attitude to work with different parties;
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • An outgoing, friendly and motivated team player
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • More experiences will be considered as Manager
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
