Role & responsibilities
- Manage user segments across email and push towards improving Bitcoin.com’s ability to accurately provide users with relevant offers and information.
- Work with the Product and Marketing teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the company, brand, business, and competitors towards identifying and deploying strategies that address a range of business scenarios, markets, and users, including cross-selling strategies.
- Use data to optimize and formulate operation plans. Track, refine, and present progress on the above.
Core competencies
- 2+ years experience in customer journey / user lifecycle management role.
- Expert in CRM tools, especially segmentation.
- Can use complex data to identify issues, generate hypothesis, and formulate campaigns.
- Degree or above in Marketing or data-analysis related subject
- Clear and concise English-language communication (both written and verbal).
- Reside in East-Asia time zone.
Nice to haves
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies.
- Experience in Fintech.
- Experience using Onesignal and Customer.io
