Are you a talented marketer who is looking to own the following?

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage user segments across email and push towards improving Bitcoin.com’s ability to accurately provide users with relevant offers and information.
2. Work with the Product and Marketing teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the company, brand, business, and competitors towards identifying and deploying strategies that address a range of business scenarios, markets, and users, including cross-selling strategies.
3. Use data to optimize and formulate operation plans. Track, refine, and present progress on the above.

Core competencies

1. 2+ years experience in customer journey / user lifecycle management role.
2. Expert in CRM tools, especially segmentation.
3. Can use complex data to identify issues, generate hypothesis, and formulate campaigns.
4. Degree or above in Marketing or data-analysis related subject
5. Clear and concise English-language communication (both written and verbal).
6. Reside in East-Asia time zone.

Nice to haves

1. Understanding of cryptocurrencies.
2. Experience in Fintech.
3. Experience using Onesignal and Customer.io
