Web3 Business Development Lead - LatAm - DeFi & Financial Services - BNB Chain

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage the developer community and VCs to promote BNB Chain as the infrastructure of choice for projects and portfolio companies
• Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non-crypto partners
• Design and execute marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to accelerate user expansion
• Develop and drive the implementation of innovative Financial Services strategic use cases on BSC
• Lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events

Requirements:

• Professional working experience in the financial services sectors specifically Investment Banking
• At least 8 years of experience in defining and locating target markets, strategic thinking, and expanding the market to >100K DAU scale
• Proven track record of interacting with and advising executive and senior management level positions in organisations
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing
• Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, and natural team player.
• Business level English
