Web3 China Community Engagement Manager

The China Community Engagement Manager Role

As our China Community Engagement Manger, you will be responsible for growing TOKEN2049’s brand presence in mainland China. You will be responsible for engaging with local communities and developing relationships in order drive attendance and sponsorship interest from the mainland Chinese network.
 

Responsibilities

• Build a prioritized target list of relevant communities, directories, and organizations in mainland China
• Increase the number of TOKEN2049’s mainland Chinese Community Partners
• Grow the flow of interest from Chinese companies to the TOKEN2049 sponsorship team
• Grow the flow of affiliate signups into the TOKEN2049 affiliate programme 
• Moderate a Chinese language TOKEN2049 Telegram group
• Set up, manage, and moderate the TOKEN2049 WeChat group
• Work closely with the TOKEN2049 team on projects to increase market engagement in mainland China

Skills & Experience

• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, self-starter attitude
• Established network in the mainland Chinese crypto community
• Hands on experience with social media
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving
• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin
• Interest in crypto, and deep care about attendee experience
