Web3 Community Lead

Qubit9 is building a new, distributed, virtual Cloud platform. Our first offering will be Cloud storage, later followed by Cloud compute and networking through our distributed network of nodes which are provided by a variety of suppliers. Demand for Cloud services is increasing exponentially: here you become part of the new global system driven by decentralized technologies disrupting the mainstream Cloud space.

Your Impact 

What you will do

• Maintain, adapt & create strategies. Oversee the development of the community strategy for our current and future services.
• Innovate Community Management. Implement the newest trends in community management and other relevant related fields into our environment.
• Produce and distribute engaging community content. End-to-end responsibility for community content planning, production, and distribution.
• Have an impact. Drive community projects which are aimed at improving our internal processes as well as our community experiences.
• Live our values. Ensure a high quality of communication between the company and the community.
• Measure success. Analyze relevant KPIs, steer the effort, and evaluate your performance.
• Work interdisciplinary. Ensure a result-oriented collaboration between Community Management and other teams, e.g., Product or Marketing.

What you bring to the table

• You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver. Extensive experience in Community Management or equivalent knowledge, e.g. in Customer Support or as Community Moderator.
• Enthusiasm for web3 and communities. You offer extensive knowledge of the web3 industry and its mechanisms, especially in decentralized infrastructure.
• Hands-on abilities in software engineering for conducting tech conversations at eye level and for implementing community-enabling tech solutions.
• Experience in setting up content planning, production, and distribution for relevant community channels.
• Service talent who loves to interact with people. You are always friendly and professional with a dedicated focus on community satisfaction.
• Result-orientation and pragmatism. You have a very good sense of target group content and empathy in user dialog.
• Excellent English language skills. You are open-minded, confident working in a multicultural environment, and eager to use your English skills every day.
• Strong desire to evolve your career in a tech environment at the edge of blockchain and cloud technology.
