MoonPay is hiring a Web3 Community Manager
Compensation: $36k - $52k estimated

What you’ll do 👀
- Define and execute MoonPay’s community engagement strategy.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Devise and manage contests and other external events.
- Communicate directly with MoonPay users via relevant platforms, forums, and other social media channels to help manage and grow our community.
- Develop programs to identify key influencers and leverage these community members to help evangelize MoonPay for the community.
- Assess the community’s pulse, understand community concerns, and communicate to internal stakeholders.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports capturing a snapshot of overall community health, trending topics and engagement metrics
- Work closely with our copywriter to establish content/copy direction and tone of voice.
- Be prepared to review, proof and copy edit outbound communications to ensure readability and alignment.
- Work with our design team to help design fantastic image & video assets.
Requirements ✅
- 5+ years experience in a community management role. Experience in the crypto space is a plus.
- Community Industry Comprehension: Understands the needs and challenges in the crypto community.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Social media experience: Strong understanding of social media services, mechanics, and trends, especially Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Instagram and Facebook.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present educational content in an engaging and effective way.
- Results Driven: Designs community strategy and tactics around what drives real results for our members and our business.
- Communication: Communication skills and your written English are excellent, and you have the ability to effectively communicate needs and create quality documentation and content for internal and external audiences.
- Analytics and Data-driven: You bring strong analytical skills to monitor and report, identify actionable learnings and to continuously iterate and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, self-motivated work >
