A quick run-down of the job

We’re looking for a passionate, developer-focused Developer Relations Manager to become the face of LI.FI to the technical community—keeping us top-of-mind with builders, partners, and Web3 developers. In this role, you'll showcase our infrastructure by helping teams understand, adopt, and build on LI.FI. Through clear, actionable technical content, hands-on support for integrations, and active community engagement, you’ll grow our integration ecosystem, reduce support requests, and directly contribute to product adoption, integration speed, and revenue growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to master our products and become a trusted source of knowledge in the developer community. Sitting at the intersection of relationship management, technical support, and product development, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Product teams—turning real-world developer feedback into insights that shape our roadmap. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, staying active in crypto spaces, and making an impact where tech meets community.

What you'll do

  • Engage with developers across different channels, including hosting workshops and webinars, AMAs, hackathons, and community events.

  • Create documentation and write knowledge base articles, user guides, technical content to enable developers to integrate LI.FI,

  • Join sales calls with enterprise clients and work together with the BD team understanding specific requirements, providing technical support, developing presentations and custom solutions.

  • Act as the bridge between our engineering team and the developer community.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from users and developers that will help shape the roadmap and improve our product.

What makes a good candidate

  • 5+ years in a developer-facing role (DevRel, Solutions Engineer, or Developer) within crypto.

  • Engineering background with in-depth understanding of the blockchain industry and solid technical know-how. DeFi experience is a plus.

  • Experience supporting Tier 1 enterprise clients with complex technical requirements and multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong relationship building skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis.

  • Comfortable having live training sessions, presentations and public speaking at industry events.

  • Must be located in the US/LATAM/EMEA region.
