✅ What You'll Do:
- Social Presence Build and grow Lume’s presence across X, Telegram, Farcaster, etc. Own the brand voice — smart, meme-savvy, and fast
- Partnerships & Collabs Pitch and close collabs with other Web3 projects and influencers Run co-marketing campaigns, airdrops, and cross-posted content
- Growth Experiments Launch growth loops, referral campaigns, and viral content formats Optimize CAC, retention, and funnel across channels
- Analytics Track metrics like DAUs, social engagement, and ROI on campaigns Adjust fast, double down on what works
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Deep experience in Web3 (you should already be plugged in)
- 2+ years in growth or marketing, preferably in a startup or crypto project
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content on X
- Obsessed with metrics, trends, and results
🏆 Bonus Points
- Built a CT/X account to 10K+ followers
- Previously led growth for a DeFi or NFT project
- Comfortable jumping into community chats, AMAs, and spaces
