What You’ll Do:

Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps that align with the broader company vision. Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing market demand, technology feasibility, and strategic goals. Lead Development Cycles: Oversee the full product development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery by working closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and optimize workflows. Engineering Collaboration: Engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering teams. Influence architecture decisions and align product needs with scalable and innovative technical solutions. Market and User Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback, competitor products, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless user experiences. Bridge Business and Tech: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while also conveying business requirements clearly to engineering teams.

What You Bring:

Operational Leadership: Proven track record of driving product initiatives with a blend of technical understanding and strategic vision. Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in high-paced environments. Communication Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. Complex Systems Thinking: Strong analytical skills to dissect and understand intricate systems. Comfortable managing a complex product that involves high-performance technology, blockchain and financial derivatives. Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of ANY one of these domains: Blockchains, Derivatives, Trading and Risk Management. Crypto Passion: Deep interest in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space, with a strong desire to stay ahead of trends and drive innovation in this rapidly evolving ecosystem. Your Perks & Benefits
