Content Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and performance KPIs across the Content BU.
- Support campaign management, including Learn & Earn (L&E) and other content or educational initiatives — overseeing setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain and manage content and campaign calendars, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and social media activities.
- Work with tech, product, and compliance teams on operational requests such as new language integrations, front-end customizations, and legal or data-related updates.
- Manage localization workflows for new articles, glossaries, and course content — from request to publication across multiple languages.
- Track and maintain localization and access requests for the Content Management System (CMS), supporting new language onboarding and local team access.
- Handle content-related customer service (CS) issues, including inquiries tied to courses, learning programs, and site experience.
- Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing for the Content BU, in collaboration with global marketing and regional teams.
- Support data tracking and performance reporting, working closely with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize content strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc operational duties to ensure efficient workflows and seamless cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or product management, preferably within an education, tech, or content-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Experience with CMS platforms, localization processes, and data reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
- Passion for education, content, and blockchain technology — experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
