Key responsibilities:

• Copywriting in both English and Russian
• Community management & engagement – Telegram, X, Discord
• Developing content plans in collaboration with the Growth Lead
• Organizing and conducting giveaways, contests, and AMA sessions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in community management and/or social media management
• Strong understanding of how online communities operate
• Up-to-date with Web3 news and trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Background in a CEX/DeFi or an NFT project is a plus
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
