Remote Design Jobs in Web3

Currently, we’re looking for a Motion Designer. In this role, you will be creating performance marketing creatives, especially in paid social, interactive ads, display, and digital video.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate consistent ability to meet visual requirements and benchmarks for paid advertising for our product
• Create highly engaging animations for a diverse array of advertising channels: Facebook, Google and others
• Research and collect creative ideas and references that can engage and be relevant to our product and audience
• Contribute and communicate your ideas during creative brainstorming for static, video, and interactive ad concepts

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of motion design experience
• Strong knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• You know the ins and outs of animation from concept to creation and beyond
• Good understanding of composition, color, layout, and typography (both in static and animated work)
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills (preferably in marketing) is essential
