About the Role & Responsibilities

• Define Crypto.com NFT’s Community Engagement strategy and playbook
• Be one of the faces of the community of Crypto.com NFTs

- Moderate conversations in public forums, specifically in Discord AMAs

- Promote and maintain a vibrant community culture

• Cultivate a high end collector community alongside an artist community
• Host and contribute to panels and other community discussions
• Help broker secondary sales of high value items or collections
• Liaise when appropriate with press, influencers, blogs, and other outlets in the community
• Audit new collections and ensure proper outreach to appropriate collector and artist communities
• Assist in merchandise NFTs for secondary markets and elevate them to the marketplace homepage and within the community.
• Help provide a seamless customer experience including customer support issues/reviews
• Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team and leadership

• An evangelist, liaison, occasional master of ceremonies.
• You may have a background in art history, as a storyteller, a salesperson, art specialist, auctioneer, and/or have a deep understanding of various cultural zeitgeist
• A highly visible contributor to client/customer experience
• Someone with a track record of organising and building engaged communities that survive for the long haul
• Experience with decentralized technologies, customer success, and marketing a plus
• Based in the Northern Hemispheres
